FUP = Fair Use Policy threshold. Post-FUP speeds remain throttled until midnight local time, when full speeds restore. Throttle threshold was not disclosed by Holafly; our measurements suggest 1 GB per day in Europe and USA, 500 MB per day in Asia and Latin America.
France delivered the fastest pre-throttle speeds at 68 Mbps through SFR's 4G LTE network in Paris. The USA led overall with T-Mobile's 5G delivering 72 Mbps in Chicago and New York.
Egypt and Colombia were the weakest performers. In Egypt, speeds stayed below 20 Mbps through Vodafone Egypt's network even before throttling.
