Destination prices, plan sizes, per-GB rates, carrier names, and network technology labels come from the HelloRoam plan API, pulled fresh on every build. That is why a country page can show the exact plan ladder for that country rather than a rounded range.

Provider-level facts come from each provider's own pages: destination counts, plan structure, refund window, and support channels and hours. We record what the provider publishes, then check it again every quarter.

Competitor prices are re-read weekly, every Monday at 14:00 UTC. When an advertised price moves, the page moves with it.

We do not measure network speed. No page here carries a Mbps figure for any provider. Throughput on a phone depends on the city, the tower, the hour, and the handset, so a number from one trip would tell you nothing about yours. Where you see 5G or 4G LTE, that is the network type the host carrier runs.

We do not time support desks, so no page states a reply window in minutes or hours. We list the channels each provider publishes, the hours it says they run, and how many languages it covers.

We do not republish star ratings from other review platforms as if they were ours, and we do not emit them as machine-readable ratings. The score on a provider page is our rubric score.

Scores are assigned across four dimensions: Network Access, Setup, Support, and Price, each rated 1.0 to 5.0. The composite applies fixed weights: Network Access 30%, Setup 30%, Support 20%, Price 20%. The full rubric is on the review process page.

Network Access reads carrier tier, network types offered, and whether hotspot and 5G are included. Setup reads how the profile is delivered and installed. Support reads channels, hours, and languages. Price reads the per-GB and daily rates in the plan feed. A score is a judgment about published terms.

Country pages are updated monthly. Pricing is verified weekly against provider websites — every Monday at 14:00 UTC. Discrepancies are flagged within 24 hours and corrected before publication.

Full provider re-scoring happens quarterly. The date shown on each page reflects the most recent verification of that specific content.
